1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website (lakeozark.shoretomountainstays.net) or submitting a reservation request for "Renovated Lake House w/Pool - Walk to Shady Gators" (KC Fun House / Shore to Mountain Stays), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our property house rules.

2. Reservations & Direct Booking

All stays are subject to availability, identity verification, and host approval. Direct bookings are confirmed once full or initial payment is authorized through our secure booking engine (Hospitable). Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and must remain on site for the duration of the stay.

3. Occupancy & Event Rules

• Maximum Occupancy: The estate strictly permits a maximum of 15 overnight guests. Unregistered guests or visitors exceeding this threshold without prior written consent are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect: Quiet hours are enforced strictly from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in compliance with local Lake Ozark ordinances.
• Unauthorized Events: Open party house setups, unapproved wild events, or sound equipment setup exceeding local limits will result in immediate lease termination, forfeiture of all funds, and a $1,000 compliance penalty.

4. Property Care & Liability

Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, pool, and deck amenities with care. Guests assume full responsibility for any physical damage, missing items, or required extraordinary cleaning beyond standard use caused during their stay.

5. Pool & Outdoor Amenity Safety

Use of the private pool, upper/lower decks, and outdoor facilities is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times around water. No glassware is permitted near the pool area.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms, deposit schedules, and refund policies are detailed during checkout on our direct booking channel. We strongly recommend guests purchase third-party travel insurance for unforeseen schedule changes or weather events.
